Main responsibilities:

  • oral consecutive interpretation and written translation
  • providing oral translation at conferences, formal meetings, presentations, face to face discussions, conference calls, ect.
  • reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained;
  • researching technical, legal and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation;
  • proofreading and editing final translated versions;
  • other day-to-day work assignment
  • working to a professional code of ethics covering confidentiality and impartiality.

 

The position is located in Donetsk with frequent business travels in Ukraine

 

Main requirements:

  • University degree
  • fluency in English, Russian, Ukrainian
  • relevant experience of work at simultaneous and consecutive translations (is a plus);
  • excellent writing skills and command of grammar;
  • attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines;
  • a good team player communicating effectively with colleagues and counterparts;
  • team player.

·         experience in an International company would be a plus
