Responsibiities:
Provide general administrative support for the business front office in Almaty (keep regular hours of 9 am to 6pm, answer phones, greet and screen visitors, receive and distribute mail, prepare and send mail/overnight parcels, file documentation, keep kitchen and copy rooms stocked with supplies, etc.);
Order airline/railroad tickets and hotel reservations, trips logistics;
Provide visa support and registration of foreign employees, visitors;
Assist with internal projects and corporate initiatives (event planning, communication and coordination with other domestic and international field offices, employee communications, etc.);
Handle confidential information/documents;
Administer contracts;
Monitor cleaners’ work;
Work closely with senior staff and interface with corporate officers and their assistants;
Provide logistical support for Directors’ meetings;
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment;

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision;
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize a busy workload, and adjust to changing priorities;

Required Qualifications:
Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree (intermediate English knowledge);
1-3 years of work experience in an office setting;
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications a plus;
