To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to senior manager.
Main resppnsibilities/Key duties:
Manage and maintain the diary and email account.
Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.
Conduct weekly diary meetings with th to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
Schedule meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member.
Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for his requirements.
Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf from start to finish to ensure that he is fully prepared for all engagements.
Translation of meetings and documents ( English – Ukraine – Russian )
Knowledge:
Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications (this may be tested during the selection process).
Expert level in the use of Outlook.
Intermediate level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Skills (all essential):
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO’s office.
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.

Responsibiities:
- Provide general administrative support for the business front office in Almaty (keep regular hours of 9 am to 6pm, answer phones, greet and screen visitors, receive and distribute mail, prepare and send mail/overnight parcels, file documentation, keep kitchen and copy rooms stocked with supplies, etc.);
- Order airline/railroad tickets and hotel reservations, trips logistics;
- Provide visa support and registration of foreign employees, visitors;
- Assist with internal projects and corporate initiatives (event planning, communication and coordination with other domestic and international field offices, employee communications, etc.);

- Administer contracts;
