Key responsibilities:
Provide functional and administrative assistance to New business department;
Prepare and control internal document flow, coordinate document flow with contractors and agencies;
Maintain media database and contractor database;
Assisting in drafting official letters or faxes on client, administrative, financial, business development and other related office matters;
Facilitate and coordinate the organization of departmental events
Perform other pertinent tasks at the request of New business department and other team members.
Main requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or any high-level administrative position
Exceptional skills in hotel and ticket booking
Ability of independent decision-making
Highly developed organizational and planning skills
Readiness to be effective under pressure of time and resource limits
Ability to find the necessary information in a short period of time
