About Us Global Operations – Properties, part of the Global Growth & Operations organization (GGO), provides innovative solutions to the company’s real estate needs around the world. Our work includes lease and purchase transactions, regulatory compliance, property management, and construction projects The Russia / CIS Properties organization leads the full spectrum of real estate & assets support functions. The Regional Fleet Manager is responsible for full-range management of regional corporate fleet processing in the most effective way. Regional fleet contains up to 400 owned / leased cars across in the region.
Implement regional fleet strategy in order to maintain operations high level quality, provide execution of regional Car Policy
Manage the development of fleet administration standards and operating processes
Drive the development of annual fleet supply plans according to the corporate businesses’ needs
Responsible for the purchase / lease of cars and equipment; replacements control
Ensure cars technical maintenance and repairs, planning of services and repair programs
Manage used cars stock and provide on-time disposal
Develop efficiency metrics of fleet operations, provide analysis of costs
Oversee the control of fuel, lubricants and spare parts
Develop and maintain data for cars & drivers history, mileage, fuel, repairs and maintenance costs and history, reports of accidents, availability of cars etc.
Administer documentation flow and control and invoices processing
Prepare annual budget and periodic reports on operating costs; ensure fleet annual purchase/lease forecasting is following businesses plans, ensure accuracy;
Communicate with the key internal customers, manage relationship across the region
Coordinate fleet activities with businesses representatives across the Region, including additional support if no dealer fleet coordinator is in place
Participate in examining specifications of regional tenders regarding fleet
Develop, implement & maintain Safety Driving principles awareness and culture; policies and procedures; organizing defensive driving trainings for all company drivers; govern trainings data. Analyze accident, incident and near miss data regularly, addressing unsafe driver behaviors and prevent possible threats to business;
Manage GE Russia/ CIS fleet team, define the Key Operating Objectives to the team members and ensure that they are met.
Role Summary/Purpose
Higher education with + 3 years’ experience in a similar management position in a large foreign owned company with its own leased fleet,
Proven knowledge of local fleet market businesses
Knowledge of Federal law and other regulations concerning fleet processing, safety & security rules.
Fluent speaking, reading, writing in English
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel
