Now we are looking for a result-oriented person to become a Coordinator to Design and Concept Department.
In this role you will be responsible for support and assist Design and Concept Department in the developments and achievement of projects and manuals including handling and administration of contracts.
Responsibilities:
Handling, coordinating and archiving of contracts and documents;
Prepare oral and written translations;
Draft the writing of client briefs, reports, minutes of meeting;
Prepare internal and external meetings;
Collect and gathering and coordination of material, information and documents from other departments;
Serve external consultants/architects with needed info/material (distribution and coordination);
Support with development of design and concept manuals.
Requirements:
Completed higher education (linguistics, legal, economic is a plus);
Experience with contract handling and archiving not less than 1 year;
Administrative experience not less than 2 years;
Good oral and written English;
Good communication skills;
Good presentation skills;
Copywriting skills;
Good computer literacy: MS Office, MS Outlook;
Initiating, organised, result – oriented.

ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ?
Заниматься организационной работой (30% времени)
решать ВСЕ вопросы, связанные с инфраструктурой нашей небольшой компании
арендовывать помещения для проведения там нами тренингов, "строить" арендодателей, ленивый кейтеринг и нерадивых вахтеров, постоянно не находящих пропуска на наших клиентов
контроль счетов за мобильную связь, ругаться с оператором мобильной связи (по этическим причинам не пишем)
закупка канцтоваров, картриджей, оргтехники - "построение" и выстраивание продуктивных отношений с поставщиками
оформление командировок и тд и тп
быть сервисной хозяйкой в офисе
Вести всю документацию (50% времени)
договоры с клиентами, счета, акты, курьеры, база данных
готовить документы для проведения тренингов (работать книгопечатником: брошюровать, биговать/фальцевать научим)
Освобождать голову 10 сотрудникам от административных задач и прочего отвлекающего дискомфорта (20% времени)
решать их проблемы с "симками", визитками
быть вовремя на подхвате, когда нужно - структурировать сейчас сложно
если останется время и будут отличные языковые способности, в том числе к переводу (английский) - переводческая работа

In this role you will be part of the big legal team responsible for providing administrative support to Legal Department in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Legal Department;
Draft correspondence, briefs, resolutions, minutes of meetings, power of attorneys and other related documents ranging from simple to complex;
Carry out all task as assigned by Line manager and lawyers;
Work collaboratively with inside and outside parties;
Organization of business and personal trips;
Support different projects of Legal department (preparation the meetings, agenda, presentations, trainings materials).
Requirements:
Completed higher education (legal is preferable);
Administrative experience not less than 1 year;
Upper-intermediate/advanced verbal and written communication skills in English;
Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point);
Research and investigative skills;
Ability to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize vast amounts of documents and data;
Good communication and writing skills;
Supportive and helpful, teamplayer;

At this position you will be responsible for support Real Estate & Development department team in ensuring daily uninterrupted business processes.
Responsibilities:
· Provide full administrative support to Real Estate & Development department team such as handling correspondence, office supplies; support the department document flow (contracts for execution, correspondence), translation, preparation of documents, reports, presentations, etc.;
· Perform planning and coordination, preparation of materials, minutes of meetings during the department meetings;
· Maintain and develop the database of Land Plot options;
· Support Real Estate & Development department team with Land Plot options database entry and other tasks;
· Maintain and develop database of external department contacts.
Requirements:
· Completed Higher education;
· Good knowledge in Microsoft products (MS Office, MS Project), knowledge of AutoСad is a plus;
· Experience with Data Base software is a plus;
· Good organizational skills;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to work under stress;
· Ability to work independently;

· Fluent English and Russian, both oral and written.
