provide secretarial and administrative support to the administrative staff management
Education / Experience level
higher education
previous administrative experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
fluent English (French is a plus)
excellent typing (both Latin and Cyrillic) and professional PC user
ACTIVITIES
Secretarial and Administrative support to the management of the company
provide full administrative support
type and edit various business documents (administrative, technical and confidential documents),
drafting correspondencetranslate and interpret (from/into English/French)
provide permanent receptionarrange business trips, meetings, visitsassist in organizing and maintaining systems for the storage and retrieval of information and file documents
Administrative staff management
provide support to staff management (salaries, absences, monitoring of fringe benefits, traveling expenses, visa request ….)
follow the integration procedure of new employees
organize office suppliesdraft the company’s rules and regulations
Requirements:
good presentation skills
strong communicative and organizational skills
reliable and rigorousability to work on own initiative, accurately to tight deadlines
