Description:
As an Marketing Department Assistant you will support the group of people in delivering the business and organization objectives. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with the Team.
You will need to have a good understanding of the business and the organization to effectively organize and support the Team.
You will be the key point of managing information for the organization to know what is happening, when and where.
You will monitor the Manager's incoming mail to highlight important and urgent topics, and to share/re-direct as appropriate.
You will work with the Manager to plan and manage his/er schedule/calendar.
You will support the Manager/team in developing the numerous written documents required in this role, i.e. presentations for meetings, monthly letters, etc. Support also includes handling mail, typing, printing of complex e-mails, handling invoice, tracking budgets, managing payments, travel arrangements, and filing expense reports. You will be responsible for meeting coordination, this covers both regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
There are opportunities for additional ad hoc and on-going project work as a leader or team member, dictated by skills and capabilities of individual in role. For example, large team building events planning & coordination, creating productive work environment.
Qualifications :
Russian/Belarus Citizenship.
Good command of English.
Higher Education.
Outstanding communication skills, logical thinking, strong follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
Very organized, attentive to details.
PC knowledge(Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Power Point).
