The client is a foreign manufacturer of equipment for a number of industries. For its representative office in Moscow the company is looking for Administrative Assistant to Import manager (import contracts) who will also provide some administrative support to the team.
Job Description
Administrative support of sales: carrying out assignments from lead sales manager regarding client communications, market studies, sales reports preparation, presentation materials translation, assisting at client meetings (interpretation, taking minutes), follow ups, reporting to HeadQuarter), booking hotels for colleagues, arranging visa applications through travel partners, etc.
Processing foreign trade contracts and administering shipments (making sure the contract preparation is administered properly, duly agreed and approved with client, shipments details are accurate for customs in Russia and are informed to clients, shipment paperwork is double checked); processing client inquiries for parts; tracking payment status and preparing set of documents for the bank, aftersales support, etc, DHL shipments, etc.
Requirements
Experience in client support and general administration 1-3 years
Fluent English
Good people skills: problem solver, team worker, good administrator and coordinator
