Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in administrative and other tasks to fulfil his duties
  • Support on organization of Meetings/Events and Calendar management (Meetings, Visits, Reports, etc.)
  • Taking accurate and to the point Minutes of different Meetings in English and Russian
  • To translate different documents from English into Russian and visa versa orally and in writing
  • Prepare and translate accurately correspondence in English and Russian languages
  • Support at Telephone Exchange Desk
  • Preparation of presentations mainly in MS PowerPoint
  • Support on preparation of visas, invitations, working permissions, booking tickets, hotels, etc.
  • Support on Travel Expenses collecting and accounting to Finance Department including preparation of payment requests and other formalities related to payments.
  • Preparation of tea, coffee upon request when necessary

Requirements:

  • Higher education (diploma in linguistic education)
  • Excellent Russian and English language skills
  • German language is a plus
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office applications
  • At least 2 years of corresponding working experience
  • Stress resistant, reliable and flexible
  • Organisational skills and self-management
  • Team work ability, sociability

  • University degree;
  • 1+ year on equivalent position;

  • Prepare payment requests, follow up to ensure prompt payment, collect required financial documents. Provide clerical support to Regional Manager;
  • Book venues for meetings and arrange appointments. Assist in the running of the meetings and take minutes. Provide assistance Regional Manager in making travel arrangements. Make hotel and restaurant reservations.
