Mazars (international, integrated and independent organization specialized in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services) is seeking an HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
50% of working time a new employee will assist a Recruiter Specialist (taking part in recruiting processes), 50% - will assist an HR Manager (ensure administrative work)
Assistance of the Recruiter Specialist:
- Supporting the next activities: drafting job descriptions, publication of vacant positions at recruitment websites, maintaining a database of received CVs
- Taking part in candidates’ search, phone interviews, testing of potential candidates
- Taking part in interviewing of candidates, then – independent interviewing without the Recruiter
Assistance of the HR Manager in the:
- Labor relationships (personnel data follow up, labor agreement, addendum)
- Salary administration (sickness, business trips, holidays)
- Training coordination (course registration, training plan follow up)
- Medical insurance (registration, follow up)
- Weekly update of HR Administration database
- And etc..
Taking part in different HR projects
Successful candidate’s profile:
Higher education (Human Resources / Psychology / Finance specialization is a plus)
Previous work experience is NOT required. We are searching for young graduates without experience in HR, but who would like to develop in HR sphere.
English from Intermediate (French is a plus)
Computer literate, advanced user of MS office
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Readiness to work full-time
