Responsibilities:
Time&Attendance processes administration
Registration of employment non-attendance (sick leave, vacation etc)
Maintaining HR database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation
Manage HR document circulation in an appropriate and controlled manner
Provide reporting support
Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements.
