Purpose: Provide secretary and administrative support to the Law Department of the Company and work cooperatively within the department.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work with daily correspondence.
Provide due keeping and protection of the confidential information and quick access to such information if required.
Implementation of routine administrative tasks such as documenting purchase order, provision by the stationery, lunch tickets, and distribution of monthly salary slips.
Provide filing and storage of original contracts in the Law Department. Conduct daily archiving of the documents of the Law Department. Organize the notarization of documents. Prepare power of attorneys by requests of other departments. Arrange publishing of the information on the Intranet page of the Law Department.
Help to Legal Analysts and Counsels in registration of the Company's documents.
Translate contracts, supplemental agreements and other documents into English, Russian and Kazakh. Also organize the translation of the documents by the translating companies.
Requirements:
Higher education
1-3 years related work experience in administrative sphere is required (Experience in multinational company would be a plus).
Experience in translation / interpretation, business writing skills
Kazakh - advanced (written and spoken); English– intermediate (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, presentation skills
Ability to work with large amounts of information, set priorities
Flexibility, ability to learn fast
Positive and helpful attitude towards colleagues, clients
