Main objectives and activity:
Booking/logging of PC projectors, conference rooms and demonstration equipment.
To provide sales with effective levels of administrative support; be main point of contact during vacations.
Handle customers and internal calls, liaising with sales mgr as appropiate to resolve the call.
Organise hotel and travel arrangements for sales, customers or visitors when required (taxis, air travel, train travel etc) including obtaining necessary authorisations.
Deal with all incoming/outgoing mail, organise mailshots when required.
To manage own workload providing customer correspondence; maintain accurate records and liaise with a wide range of both internal and external contacts.
Use MS Outlook to help identify movements of sales team.
To assist in arranging and, at the request of the Sales Manager, attend Sales meetings.
Support on production of customer tender responses and general typing / admin tasks.
Compliance with Company`s Policies and Quality Processes
Maintaining log of all orders received and advising relevant people
Support in organizing participation in Exhibitions and Congresses abroad for Company`s customers and employees.
Knowledge and experience:
High level of working knowledge of MS office with speed and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines getting work right first time.
High level of organisational skills and ability to act with minimum of supervision and maintain effectiveness.
Ability to liaise at all working levels within the organisation
Interest and ability to work with E-Commerce applications and other internet tools

Main objectives and activity:
Project control assistant will be responsible for project administration including contract management, drive financial rhythm, internal controllership rhythm, document workflow and own project electronic and paper archive, helps with meeting organization and prepare meeting minutes.
PCA will work directly with external/internal project management office clients, partern’s financial service, procurement/customs department and Financial Service.
Prepare acceptance certificates based on services team feedback;
Interact with Financial Service for getting financial documents in time;
Interact with partners to agree contract;
Interact with partners to check proper contract documentation in time;
Drive project control and financial rhythm;
Help services team in organization of meetings and prepare meeting of minutes;
Chair project financial review with Business and Regional Financial services.

0-1 years experience in electronic/paper workflow management
