The School:
Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO is a joint project between members of Russian and international business elites who preferred starting from scratch to building on an already existing Russian educational institution. SKOLKOVO was launched in 2006 with the aim to create a top-level business school that meets all the requirements of international modern business education. THE ROLE:
The Team Assistant provides full administrative support to Executive Education team, his/ her responsibilities include:
Provides administrative support to ExEd team (agreements, financial documents, purchase orders, mailings, taxi, order passes, meetings, translations, reports, mobile phones billing, conduct agreement and documents data bases);
Plans the calendar, prioritizes meetings of ExEd Director; conducts business contacts database, conducting client’s birthdays;
Communicates and coordinates the ExEd-related activities with other management team of the School;
Organizes and maintains team correspondence;
Coordinating ExEd department document flow inside the School; collaborating with other departments (Accounting, Legal, HR, etc.);
Preparing materials for internal and external meetings of ExEd Director (presentations, etc) and other team, if necessary;
Monitoring interesting external events (conferences, seminars, etc) for ExEd colleagues; submitting application forms for colleagues when necessary, assuring their participation;
Administrative support to colleagues in marketing activities and working with clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
Graduate of well-recognized University (MSU, MSLU, etc);
Working experience in administrative roles for 2 years; relevant working experience of a Team assistant in a structured corporate environment is a strong advantage;
International experience is strongly preferred;
Interest in development in HR / Organizational consulting or Education is a must;
Excellent written and spoken English and Russian both;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Ecxellent organizational skills;
Attentive to details;
Positive and client-oriented.

1st km of Skolkovo highway, Odintsovsky District, Moscow Region;
Skolkovo shuttle buses are available from Slavyanskiy Bulvar and Yugo-Zapadnaya metro stations; public transport is available from Park Pobedy.

Требования:
желателен опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 1.5
минимум – незаконченное высшее экономическое, или техническое с минимальным набором экономических знаний (напр., экономическая кибернетика), лингвистическое (при условии, что все остальные требования к кандидату удовлетворены)
английский – свободно (опыт устного и письменного применения экономической и финансовой терминологии обязателен), украинский, русский
продвинутый уровень пользователя ПК (отличные знания MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, хорошие навыки работы в MS Excel).
