Profile:
3 to 5 years experience in the function. A strong background in providing secretarial and administrative support to senior managers.
Proven ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets (economic degree is preferable)
Quality service ethic is essential. Highly effective communication skills including an excellent standard of written and spoken English, French will be a serious plus
Advance level systems application experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Ability to use internet for research
Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage own time effectively and to work well under pressure
Strong adaptability, team and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in working schedule and in working for more than one manager. Demonstrated diplomacy in dealings with service areas, consultants, and clients
Ability to demonstrate use of initiative and self-starting ability
