RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • co-ordinate and maintain diary of the CEO: organizing all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences, etc.;
  • manage the flow of information;
  • execution of assignments given by Manager;
  • maintenance of proper business relations with partners and employees;
  • assisting in managing calendar for maximum effectiveness and ensure important personal tasks are attended to.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • relevant experience at the same position;
  • Fluent English (both speaking and written)
  • German would be a big plus;
  • proficient PC user (MS Office);
  • excellent administration and  time management skills;
  • excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • supportive, stress-resistant and attentive to details person;
  • willingness to go on business trips.
