HR Database Administrator(Internship) will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database. The Administrator will work within the organization’s Recruitment database, to ensure the timely, accurate, and consistent processing of all applications, and will maintain office files and records, assist with the creation of written materials, and provide a consistent professional administrative support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain database performance;
Ensure data integrity through consistent, accurate, and timely processing;
Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities;
Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations;
To be considered you should possess:
University degree (or final year student);
Detail oriented with solid and accurate data entry skills;
Team player with good communicational skills;
Ability to meet tight deadlines and high quality standards;
Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Fluent English;
Willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology;
Understanding of information legislation, such as the Data Protection Act;
Experience working with social media is a plus.
Internship duration – 3 months. Reasonable compensation package will be provided.
Upon the successful internship the candidate might be offered to join the HR Department of our CIS practice on permanent basis.
