Role:Receptionist provides administrative support and executes tasks related to general office support as requested by the office needs.
Specific responsibilities include:
Greets visitors and operates switchboard to route incoming calls to appropriate party;
Forwarding and handling incoming mail promptly;
Organizing and managing outgoing postage;
Assisting the Office Coordinator by ordering office supplies (stationary) and kitchen supplies, and providing full support for administrative work (typing, copying, working with external vendors, building maintenance), etc;
Administration of in/out staff schedule, office materials, keys and cards;
Organizing taxis and couriers;
Assistance in internal meetings and client events’ preparation;
Ordering catering services and flower arrangements;
Books the conference rooms on the request of the staff and informs coffee-lady on the arrangements;
Ensures that the conference rooms, reception and kitchen areas are clean and tidy;
Where appropriate helps in travel arrangements;
Other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must;
Good computer skills;
1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a Western company;
