Financial company is looking for the Assistant

Main Role
  • provide secretarial and administrative support to the administrative staff management 
Education / Experience level
  • higher education
  • previous administrative experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
  • fluent English (French is a plus) 
  • excellent typing (both Latin and Cyrillic) and professional PC user
ACTIVITIES 
Secretarial and Administrative support to the management of the company
  • provide full administrative support 
  • type and edit various business documents (administrative, technical and confidential documents), 
  • drafting correspondencetranslate and interpret (from/into English/French)
  • provide permanent receptionarrange business trips, meetings, visitsassist in organizing and maintaining systems for the storage and retrieval of information and file documents 
Administrative staff  management
  • provide support to staff management (salaries, absences, monitoring of fringe benefits, traveling expenses, visa request ….)
  • follow the integration procedure of new employees
  • organize office suppliesdraft the company’s rules and regulations 
 
Requirements:                                                                                    
  • good presentation skills 
  • strong communicative and organizational skills
  • reliable and rigorousability to work on own initiative, accurately to tight deadlines
