Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage GM's agenda
  • Logistics support to GM of meeting preparation and other business activities
  • Assist daily communication
  • Help GM with key tasks following up
  • Support GM on business material preparation
  • Provide support to team building
  • Provide support to GM of personal related affairs
  • Other daily support
 
 
Key hiring criteria:
  • More than 2 years working experience as personal assistant (work experience in English-speaking countries is a priority)
  • Proactive, proven ability to influence people at all levels, positive attitude, willing to support others
  • Highly competent in multi-tasking, project management and organization skills
  • Fluent listening/speaking/reading capability in English & Russian (English skills should meet native level) is a must
