LLC Ferronordic Machines – exclusive distributor of Volvo CE is looking for a Personal assistant to CFO

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling schedule
  • Arranging business trips (booking plane tickets, reserving hotels, preparing visas…), meetings, visits, social events.
  • Maintaining the filing system.
  • Translating and interpreting (from/into English and Russian).
  • Typing and editing various business documents, drafting correspondence.
  • Maintaining contacts with clients, partners and visitors in order to provide necessary services (required information, setting meetings)
  • Handling day to day business operations

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Strong communicative and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate people and work under pressure
  • Very dynamic person, fast-thinker
  • Good computer skills (Power Point)
