accurately inputs data on a day-to-day basis (“book person” request, ACCA, trainings)
data reports upon request (export from retain)
monitors sick leave and other absence records keeping managers and all involved parties informed.
Assists Staff Administrator:
monitors timely completion of timesheets for the department employees
monitors Suspense Code amount, monthly reports on the status
organizes social events / parties
creates appraisal forms, monitor it and other performance management records in the Career Model database, chaises people on timely completion (sends reminders)
-makes all necessary arrangements for department meetings, including promotion session, and training events, if required (book room, order laptop, some logistics)
to help managers in conflict solving process. Finding and offering different options if possible
Provides an administration support:
collects and records personnel data in the related database
keeps information displayed on the board up-to-date by SA request
space management: lockers/phones/mail-slots – keeps in order, organizes for newjoiners
clean desk policy – cooperates with Admin
helps Recruitment in organizing interviews: finding managers for interviewing candidates
clearance of Suspense Code
