KEY DUTIES: Manage Partner and Principal diaries and arrange internal/external meetings Basic information gathering for meetings, telephone calls and appointments to adequately prepare Partner / Principal Manage extensive and complex travel arrangements across timezones Prepare basic correspondence on behalf of the Partner / Principal Identify critical issues and disseminate required information/actions to other members of the practice from the Partner / Principal/post/e-mail/voicemail Prepare spreadsheets, graphics, drawing tables etc in Power Point Take dictation when necessary Filing including creating and maintaining filing systems To support Practice on different initiatives To support Partner with billing requirements To support other Executive Assistants as required Undertake any other ad hoc responsibilities as requested
REQUIREMENTS: Experience of a professional services environment Good organizational skills Higher education Ability to work under pressure, manage own workload and prioritise, working to strict deadlines Excellent communication skills including excellent telephone manner Ability to interact well at all levels Proactive, professional and confident approach Attention to detail Team oriented IT literate - Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluent in Russian and English – both spoken and written, other languages are an advantage

Currently, there is an opening for a Personal assistant position to perform professional administrative support functions for the General Manager of McDonald’s Ukraine.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage work and personal schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
Maintains a calendar and assures that complete information is available for all matters
Assists GM during meetings with translations from/into English/Ukrainian/Russian
Reads and analyzes incoming correspondence, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Prepares drafts of letters, invoices, reports, memos, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Assists GM, management team and GM’s visitors in arranging logistics for business trips/accommodation/dinning and meetings within and outside of the company
Assists in preparation of presentations and summarizing reports and documents
Administrates payments and reports in accordance with the company policies (orders, advance reports, corporate card use, contracts)
Manages service companies providing support to GM
Manages payments for corporate mobile phones services
Assists in dealing with landlords of rented accommodation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a international environment
Personable, presentable and able to make an outstanding representation for the company in dealing with visitors, investors, or executives
Flexible and hard working to meet the sometimes demanding requirements of a quickly developing company
Professional user of MS Office products, and Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrated effectiveness in supporting multiple executives with varying needs, sometimes traveling globally in very different time zones.
Highly professional, personally resilient, and committed to organizational success
Must be able to work independently producing high quality detailed work to stringent deadlines
High level of professional communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
