Обязанности:
Планирование рабочего дня руководителя (координация встреч и совещаний, прием посетителей, документооборот); Полная административная и хозяйственная поддержка офиса; Выполнение личных поручений руководителя; Прием звонков и входящей корреспонденции; Сбор и анализ информации в рамках текущего проекта; Организация командировок (оформление виз, бронирование гостиниц, заказ билетов);
Требования: Законченное высшее образование; Опыт работы личным помощником у первых лиц компании от 2 лет; Уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet); Знание делового этикета, грамотная устная и письменная речь, приятная внешность; Без вредных привычек; Рассматриваются только резюме с фотографией (офисный стиль).
Условия: Понедельник-пятница, 9:00 – 18:00;
Месторасположение офиса: метро Сокол 15 мин. пешком.

International company Moscow Representative Office is looking for an Administrative Officer.
Main responsibilities:
To manage Reception and welcome visitors and guests;
To answer the telephone as the first point of contact with company;
To develop a knowledge of the client base to be in a position to respond to client’s enquiries in a professional and confident manner;
Proof reading and formatting of proposals and reports. Checking for spelling and grammatical errors. General word processing of documents, reports, letters etc.;
General administrative duties i.e. organising the post, stationary orders, faxing, scanning, report binding, collection of documentation/equipment from clients and liaison with couriers and suppliers;
To process visa applications. To assimilate knowledge of the visa application system quickly and to process applications correctly and within deadlines;
The booking of airline tickets for staff and to manage all travel arrangements– to develop a good working relationship with local Travel Agents;
Booking accommodation and transportation for staff and clients, locally and worldwide;
To keep the appointments diary and online calendar up to date. General housekeeping and office management;
To support Accounts in the management of the petty cash system i.e. recording of purchases and logging of receipts;
To support Accounts with data entry and filing when required;
To minute meetings when necessary and take responsibility for the timely production of the minutes;
To maintain close links with administrative personnel in HQ and other company offices;
To engage in their own personal and professional development through the company Staff Appraisal scheme;
Any other duties which may from time to time be required by the Directors.
Main requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English;
A basic mathematics or accountancy qualification (Higher National Diploma or equivalent);
Evidence based computer literacy & word processing skills. Microsoft Office 2007, Excel;
A professional telephone manner;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: 1. To direct enquiries appropriately, 2. To ensure effective communication of information to all members of the team
To be able to work alone or as part of a team;
To have an ability to remain calm and confident when faced with challenging situations;
To work within and adhere to all company policies and procedures;
Effective research skills;
An ability to work to deadlines.
Additional information:
Official salary of 40 000 - 45 000 RUR;
