Опыт работы от года в должности помощника руководителя, офис-менеджера, секретаря
Умение работать с программами 1С, Word, Excel, Project
Ответственность, исполнительность, умение работать в команде
Обязанности:
Ведение документооборота отдела, согласование договоров, ведение в программе 1С: УПП платежных операций и операций по движению товарно-материальных ценностей на складе ОИТ
Материальная ответственность за склад ОИТ
Условия:
Режим работы: 8.15-17.00 (9.15-18.00) при 5-ти дневной рабочей неделе

Main responsibilities
Prepare & review hotel reports in Russian / English
Prepare Service Contracts & Acts of Acceptance for invoices to hotels and other companies as required
Maintain contract file in Corporate Purchasing website (Rezpin) for Branch & Rep Office
Maintain General Managers’ Expenses record & follow up
Maintain Russian version of Ecoman (Finance and Administration Corporate Manual) & all other Corporate manuals
Follow up with Power of Attorney & Tax Residence Certificates
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written English/ Russian skills
Experience in hotel business is an advantage
Ability to coordinate several projects
Strong organisational skills
