RESPONSIBILITIES
Source names and contact details of target job title holders in potential customer organizations using outbound cold calling and the Internet
Maintain leads database
Timely prequalify and pass leads to EZSolutionS'sales/BD team
Extensive verbal and written communication with customers and partners
Schedule phone calls, meetings and make travel arrangements for EZSolutionS sales/BD team
Оther duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English and Russian
Strong and pleasant telephone skills, no-fear attitude to cold calling
Exceptional self-organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Ability to take initiative, use good judgment, “think outside of the box”, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion
Accuracy, attention to detail
Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Office and Internet software
