Обязанности:
оказывать содействие председателю совета директоров в решении производственных вопросов, оказывать помощь председателю совета директоров в составлении писем, запросов, других документов, готовить ответы авторам писем, подготовка документов необходимых для работы руководителя,
выезд к контрагентам предприятия для передачи или получения документов, осуществлять оперативную связь со сторонними организациями по вопросам текущей деятельности предприятия;
контроль за своевременным рассмотрением и представлением структурными подразделениями и конкретными исполнителями документов, работа по подготовке заседаний и совещаний и т. д.
Требования:
женщина, 25–30 лет,
опыт работы в аналогичной должности не менее 1,5 лет в крупных компаниях,
отличное знание ПК
хорошее владение русским языком, а также разговорный английский
стрессоустойчивость, презентабельный внешний вид, способность быстро переключаться, работать в интенсивном режиме.

Overview of Role
Molten Russia Office Manager is the first point of contact for all clients, consultants and visitors – on the phone, via email and face-to-face. The person who fills this role therefore needs to have the ability to portray Molten’s values and professionalism at all times.
As Molten Russia Office Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the office, as well as for providing the necessary support to the Head of Administrative Department.
The position is Moscow based with location in the city centre.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception:
Incoming calls, switchboard, telephone and video conferences,
Incoming and outgoing correspondence (post, mails, faxes) including registration.
Act as a first point of contact for all consultants, clients, candidates and suppliers’ representatives visiting Molten Russia office,
Manage meeting room diaries, ensure the meeting rooms are prepared for visitors and meetings, provide refreshments for visitors and help team members with conference call arrangements,
Secretarial support to the team members upon requests: filing; scanning; photocopying and binding;
Travel support to Molten Russia employees and colleagues from other geographies visiting Molten Russia office,
IT and mobile telephony support: liaison with IT and mobile operator service providers and handling employees’ IT and mobile phone related requests through the IT supplier and mobile telephony operator,
Office housekeeping: manage office providers and order taxi, courier, stationary food, water, pharmacy and cleaning service,
Marketing and PR support: website maintenance and materials’ uploading into the knowledge base upon request,
Responsible for Molten ‘look and feel’ – ensure all employees are using the correct stationery, email fonts and signatures and correct Molten templates,
Provide occasional cover during holidays or sickness for:
Molten Russia EA to the Partner and Head of Molten Russia,
Molten Russia translator.
Admin team members support:
Support to the Head of Administrative Department in arranging of internal social events and meetings (e.g. monthly team Breakfast Meetings),
Support to EA if and when required,
Support to HR Manager in the interview process and the Induction Process for all new employees.
Oversee office environment and order ensuring safety and security are maintained at all times.
