As a member of Restructuring team, you’ll support team members on Restructuring engagements and internal projects. You’ll work effectively by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress.


Client responsibilities:

  • Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
  • Collect and structure the historical and budgeted financial information
  • Assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel, if appropriate
  • Assist with engagement management  (client/engagement acceptance procedures, filing, internal document preparation, etc)
  • Assist with marketing and new business development activities of the group

People responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
  • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
  • Build strong internal relationships with members of the Restructuring and other services

Technical skills requirements:

  • Higher education (possibly being completed)  in the field of Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), as well as financial analysis skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of/ interest in business restructuring and insolvency is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
