Job profile:
Brand strategy development
Assist in media scheduling, proofing and trafficking of creative
Assist Marketing Managers in preparing yearly brand plans and brand updates & reports throughout the year
Marketing mix implementation
Participate in meetings & discussions with external agencies (ATL, BTL, PR & other)
Develop POS materials under the guidance of Marketing Manager to gain maximum effectiveness at minimum cost
Assist in marketing research
Administration and Reporting
Create and distribute rollout communications for Price List updates, product enhancements, and sales tools
Work on business development related projects, request required data from other departments and consolidate different reports on timely basis
Initiate and coordinate the flow of documentation including contracts with agencies/suppliers
Assist in financial responsibilities: estimating, billing, reporting and invoicing for marketing fees and expenses, cooperative advertising requests, documentation and ensure timely payments
Establish and maintain a centralized archive of marketing materials and communications
Follow up and result tracking in assigned projects on weekly basis (Status Report)
Candidate profile:
University diploma
Fluent English
Basic understanding of the marketing principles
Creative and innovative
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions/inquires from internal departments, clients, brand owners and immediate managers.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Sense of timing/prioritization
