The Product specialist will work directly the Head of the Representative office to educate existing and prospective clinical facilities in the Russia about the AmniSure® test and guide them through the process of adopting this new medical technology in their practice.
Responsibilities:
Establishing contracts and acquiring new potential customers (doctors, KOLs) at congresses, exhibitions, stand alone education events
Regular contacts with the potential and current customers to assure their use of AmniSure® ROM test on a regular basis. Contacts should be performed by the means of phone, e-mails, mails
Answer question of doctors and patients on the product
Support in organization of events, developing promotional materials, other marketing tasks
Requirements to the candidates:
Top-tier academic and professional experience record
Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, high energy level, dedicated work ethic
Ability to understand and quickly internalize unfamiliar material such as: scientific and clinical literature, medical protocols, educational presentations.
Outstanding verbal skills, especially the ability to establish rapport over the phone
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively and independently under pressure
Customer-service orientation
Strong team player, person who is interested in general aspects of business development
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Power Point
