Kraft Foods is looking for motivated candidates interested in development in the administrative sphere with a perspective of growth within the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Dealing with providers’ payment documentation ensuring efficient workflow in the department on daily basis;
Managing of business correspondence (Russian / English);
Managing of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence;
Assisting in solving ongoing matters and projects;
Executing timekeeper duties for the department employees;
Organization of working meetings;
Organization of business-trips (tickets, hotels, visas) for the department’s staff;
Control of business-trip reports of the director;
Execution of personal tasks of the director.
To join Kraft Foods team you need:
Higher education (preferably in law);
1 year work experience in administrative sphere;
Intermediate level of English;
Strong communicational skills; accuracy and attentiveness to the details (to work with documentation);
Team-player with ability to multitask and build strong & efficient relations with employees and clients;
Advanced PC user (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
