One of the world’s leading manufacturers of packaging machines looks for a Administrative assistant

Job responsibilities:

  • Office support:
  • Translation service
  • Create documents for Russian authorities:
  • Power of attorneys
  • Act of acceptances
  • Go to Notary to notarize copies of passports/ documents
  • Order, store and manage office supply
  • Telephone service
  • Document filing
  • Organize courier service deliveries. create special requested documents for customs etc.
  • Issue Weekly staff meeting reports
  • Other supports: 
  • Organize accommodation and transport etc. of our guests from Germany.
  • Sales Support:
  • Post goods receipt in B-one
  • Coordinate refill and stock amendment together with General director
  • Generate and print pick lists and part labels
  • Generate and print Delivery documents (Primary Documents)
  • Invoice 
  • Tax invoice
  • Delivery note 
  • Transport delivery notes 
  • Specification 
  • Act of acceptance 

 
Requirements:

  • Obligatory requirements:
  • Fluent in English (in word and writing)
  • Translation skills: Russian to English and vice versa
  • Experiences to manage office
  • Experienced PC user Windows WORD, EXCELL, POWER POINT
  • Worked before in an international company
  • Used to communicate with international customers / suppliers
  • Experiences with material supply chain (purchasing and sales)
  • Experience with stock planning is preferable
  • Quick learner flexible
  • Punctuality, accuracy
  • Additional requirements:
  • SAP (B-One) experiences is appreciated
