Ward Howell is looking for an intern for its Talent Performance Consulting department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in consulting projects of the Talent Performance Consulting department:
Carry out research on various aspects of Human Capital management (desk research, interviews, field research)
Develop models, perform analysis, prepare reports under the supervision of senior consultants
Participate in client sessions
Participate in preparation of proposals for new engagement opportunities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
A recent college graduate (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) or a student in their last year of study working towards obtaining a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Organizational Development, HR or a related discipline
Curiosity and innovative thinking
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Excellent writing skills, both Russian and English
Fluent spoken English
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a paid 2-month internship, starting on July 9, 2011 and ending on August 31, 2012
