Join us as a department manager you’ll be running your own business from the start: Recruiting, training and managing your own team, planning your commercial activity and managing your stock to ensure you run a profitable business. It’s not a nine-to-five desk job, so you’ll need plenty of energy and a desire to work hands-on, in a customer-facing environment.   • graduated (or this year will graduate) university
  • you know English or French
  • ready to move to another region in future 1-2 years

Les responsabilites

  • Vous serez responsable de votre equipe (recrutement, formation, developpement) de votre rayon (produit, mershandising, stock, chiffre d'affaire) et de vos clients (vente, satisfaction, creation evenement)

  • Salaire 35 000 rbe + prime + package social
  • Perceptive: futur directeur de magasin
