Transfer Pricing Group – Intern position
Ernst & Young’s transfer pricing (TP team provides services in the areas of TP compliance and supply chain design. The nature of our work is a mixture between economic consulting and supply chain advisory seen in the context of both local Russian and global TP rules and regulations.
Job Profile
As a member of project teams your roles and responsibilities will, amongst other include the following:
Undertake economic analyses of our clients and the industries in which they operate.
Assist with the preparation of TP documentations in support of our clients TP policies.
Undertake financial modelling of transfer prices.
Participate in client meetings and coordinate several issues with our clients and Ernst & Young’s international offices.
Assist with the design of supply chain structures and the implementation of manufacturing, distribution, management and financing structures.
Ensure compliance with our technical and risk management policies.
The Successful Candidate
Given the nature of our TP services and its unique combination of economics and tax, we are looking for people with the following skills:
You need to have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable with numbers and financial data.
You need to have a sense for and an interest in business. We work closely with our clients and it is important you have the ability to understand the client’s supply chain and commercial issues.
You need to have good English communication skills, both oral and written.
You need to be able to work well in teams and maintain a flexible approach to work.
You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit. We need people who are comfortable with taking on responsibility and who can make a forward contribution.
Higher education in finance, economics or law.
Ability to work full-time (end of January - end of April)

Job profile:
Participation in the various projects regarding labor market research, salary surveys etc.;
Analyzing and structuring data, preparing reports in Excel;
Preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
Candidate profile:
Graduate 2010/2011 (preferable majoring in Management/ HR);
Upper-intermediate English;
Ability to work full-time (end of January - end of April);
Extensive computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word);
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work in a team effectively;
Ability to learn.
