DLT 2008 Call for Papers

Dear Colleagues,

The 12th International Conference on Developments in Language
Theory (DLT ’08)
will take place at Kyoto Sangyo University, Kyoto,
Japan on September 16-19, 2008.

The URL for the DLT 2008 web site is:

The topics include: grammars, acceptors and transducers for words,
trees and graphs, algebraic theories of automata; algorithmic,
combinatorial and algebraic properties of words and languages;
variable length codes; symbolic dynamics; cellular automata;
polyominoes and multidimensional patterns; decidability questions;
image manipulation and compression; efficient text algorithms;
relationships to cryptography, concurrency, complexity
theory and logic; bio-inspired computing; quantum computing.

Authors are invited to submit a paper presenting original and unpublished research.
Papers should not exceed 12 pages and should be formatted according to the usual
LNCS article style. Submissions have to be sent through the web page:
