Personal admission of
citizens is provided in the central machinery of the Federal
Tax Service of Russia on the basis of applications receives
in written, as an electronic request or verbal personal application.
The Statute establish requirements, to which applications about
admission shall correspond.
The Federal Tax Service has published the data applying for calculation of the tax on extraction of bowels of the earth in respect of oil for September 2008
There is putted into effect the new United standard for servicing of taxpayers
The Order
of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-4/362@ of August
14, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the new United
standard for servicing of taxpayers, which is the list of services
and procedures granted to taxpayers by tax authorities.
It
should be noticed that application of the United standard for
servicing of taxpayers is obligatory for all territorial bodies
of the Federal Tax Service of Russia interacting with taxpayers.
