There is approved the list of documents confirming observance of terms by competitors receiving of the license on making kinds of activity specified in the federal acts "On investment funds" and "On non-state pension funds"
The Decree of the RF Government N 744 of October 6, 2008
(document is in Russian) approves the list of documents confirming
observance of licensing terms, being subjects for submission
for receiving of the license on making activity:

on pension security and pension insurance.
At that there is established that at receiving of the license
on making activity of specialized depositaries of investment
funds, share investment funds and non-state pension funds, credit
institutions have the right not to submit copies of a balance
sheet and a report about profit and losses, as well as copies
of auditors conclusion on annual reporting examination.
