There is established that the
basement for putting into records of budget obligations on state
and other contracts are Information on adopted budget obligation,
form of which is given in the annex to the Order.
There is
provided the procedure for examination of Information about
obligation submitted in the electronic form with application
of electronic digital signature by an authorized employee of
the Federal Treasury body.
The Procedure establishes the requisites of Information
about obligation, availability of which shall be checked by
the Federal Treasury body within two working days.
So,
there is approved the form of Notification about exceeding by
budget obligation of free rests, limits of budget obligations
and approved estimated assignments on profitable activity.
Besides, there are specified terms of assignation of record
number of budget obligation and its structure.
There is
given in details the procedure for record of budget obligations
of receivers of the federal budget funds on executive documents,
as well as there is established the procedure for submission
of information about budget obligations recorded in the Federal
Treasury bodies.
So,
the Procedure concludes directions on completion of documents,
formation of which is provided by it.
The Order shall put into effect since January 1, 2009 except
provisions of the Procedure putting into effect since January
1, 2010, which establish the order for putting into records
of budget obligations of receivers of the federal budget funds
arisen in accordance with state contracts, other agreements.
There are approved the Rules of preparation and making decision about granting of water biological resources referred to fishery objects in use
The Decree of the RF Government N 765 of October 15, 2008

the Rules, which establish in particular that the Federal
Fishery Agency shall make the decision about granting of water
biological resources in use for fishery in scientific-research
and control purposes, fishery in training and culture
purposes, fishery in purposes of fish-breeding, reproduction
and acclimatization of water biological resources. Besides,
there are determined executive authorities who make decision
about granting of water biological resources in use for fishery
in purposes of secure traditional way of life and traditional
economic activity of native minorities of North, Siberia and
Far West of the Russian Federation.
There is established the special procedure for issue of permits for work to foreign employees making contracts with the "Organizational Committee of XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Para Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi city"
The Decree of the RF Government N 758 of October 13, 2008
(document is in Russian) approves
the Statute establishing the procedure for compact and simplified
issue of permits for work to foreign employees making labor
or civil contracts with autonomous non-commercial institution
"Organizational Committee of XXII Olympic Winter
Games and XI Para Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi city"
and arriving to the Russian Federation territory during XXII
Olympic Winter Games and XI Para Olympic Winter Games 2014 in
Sochi city.
