News of the Federal Legislation

The Federal Act "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the part of improvement of land relations" is putted into effect 2008-10-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The Federal Act "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the part of improvement of land relations" is putted into effect On October 24, 2008, the Federal Act N 141-FZ "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the part of improvement of land relations" of July 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) is putted into effect in full. This Federal Act adds the RF Lend Code (document is in Russian) with the new chapter "Land plots". The notion of the land plot is given in the new chapter, as well as there are determined the procedure and ways for formation of land plots, the rules of arising and preservation of the rights, encumbrances (restrictions) on forming and changing land plots, the requirements to such plots. Besides there is specified the notion of ownerless good including in clause 1 of article 225 of part first of the RF Civil Code (document is in Russian). The amendments are made to the Federal Act N 122-FZ "On state registration of rules on real estate and bargains therewith" of July 21, 1997 (document is in Russian) in the part of state registration of the rules on land plots forming at termination of the property right on a land plots as a results of refusal in the property right on it. There is changed the procedure for specification of boarders of a land at making boundary plan established by the Federal Act N 122-FZ "On state registration of rules on real estate and bargains therewith" of July 21, 1997 . There is approved the Methods for distribution of export restrictions on metal production 2008-10-23 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Methods for distribution of export restrictions on metal production For execution of the Decree of the RF Government N 880 "On measures on implementation of the Agreements between the Russian Federation and the European Community about trade with certain steel goods " of December 15, 2007 (document is in Russian), the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia N 159 of September 25, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Methods intended for calculation of export restrictions (quotas) to enterprises - participants of foreign trade activity on metal production made by them. The Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Russia N 28 "On approval of the Methods for distribution of export restrictions on metal production" of January 25, 2008 (document is in Russian) is considered as not subject for application.
