subclause 2 of clause 7 of article 254 of the RF Tax Code
(document is in Russian), losses from shortage and (or) spoilage
during storage and transportation of material-industrial stocks
within the norms of natural loss are equal to material expenses
for purposes of taxation by means of the tax on profit of organization.

the Edict of the RF President N 1464 of October 14, 2008
(document is in Russian) makes amendments to
the Edicts of the RF President N 202 of February 14, 1996
(document is in Russian) and
N 36 of January 14, 2003 (document is in Russian).
In particular, the amendments concern
TN VED of Russia classification codes given in the lists
of nuclear materials, equipment, special not nuclear materials
and according technologies, as well as equipments and materials
of double purpose and according technologies applying in nuclear
purposes, being under export control approved by aforesaid Edicts
of the RF President. This
Edict shall put into effect upon three months since the
day of its official publication.
