There is established the procedure for granting of unsecured credits by the Bank of Russia
The Statute of the Bank of Russia N 323-P of October 16, 2008
(document is in Russian) establishes the procedure and the
terms for granting of unsecured credits by the Bank of Russia
in the Russian Federation currency for period not more than
six months to Russian credit institutions having a rating of
rating agencies, and the list of such agencies.
The Statute establishes the requirements to credit institutions
including availability of the agreement with the Bank of Russia,
form of which is fixed in
the Annex 1, and the procedure for calculation of limit
on application for a credit institution.
Granting of credits
shall be provided under results of credit auctions, the procedure
for carrying out of which is established in this
Statute.
The Statute shall be putted into effect since the day of
its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank
of Russia".
- to banks-nonresidents in the Russian Federation
currency and foreign currency - 0,5%;
- to natural persons
in the Russian Federation currency - 0,5%;
- on other - 0,5%.
At that, there is provided increasing of norms on all obligations
at 1% from February 1, 2009 and from March 1, 2009.
The Direction shall put into effect since the day of its
promulgation and is subject for official publication in the
"News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".

"spot-next", "on call" - 4,25 interest per
annum;
- on operations on standard terms "one week"
, "spot-week" - 4,75 interest per annum.
The Direction shall put into effect since the day of its
promulgation and is subject for official publication in the
"News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
There is approved the Procedure for proceeding of customs clearance of air vessels, repair parts and equipments necessary for repair of air vessels
The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1151 of
September 19, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves
the Procedure for making customs operations at placing air
vessels, repair part and equipment under customs regime of reproduction
at customs territory for making operations on repair of air
vessels, periods of which not exceed 30 calendar days. There
is approved
the form of Application on making operations on repair of
air vessels being subject for submission to a customs body in
which activity region the operations shall be made.
The Order shall put into effect upon expiration of 90 days
since the day of its official publication.
