The Program in directed for achievement of strategic aims
of the Russian Federation nuclear branch, which are called to
grant:
- geological interests of the Russian Federation
and to support its nuclear shield at quantitative and tactic
and technical level guarantying carrying out of the policy of
nuclear control;
- nonvolatility and granted energy
supply of population and economy of the country at unconditional
execution of norms of nuclear and radiation safety at nuclear
energy use;
- creation of the company joining institutions
of energy industry complex, which shall be able to be a dominant
participant of the world nuclear technologies market ;

innovation development of the branch, including development
of reactor plants of new generation and technology of closed
fuel cycle.
