There are putted into effect the new rules of submission of documents necessary for making other kinds of control in addition to custom control to customs bodies 2008-10-01 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are putted into effect the new rules of submission of documents necessary for making other kinds of control in addition to custom control to customs bodies   The Decree of the RF Government N 480 of June 26, 2008 (document is in Russian) is putted into effect since October 1, 2008, which establishes the procedure and cases of submission of documents necessary for making other kinds of control in addition to custom control to customs bodies in cross-points through the state boarder of the Russian Federation, and so the Decree of the RF Government N 481 of June 26, 2008 (document is in Russian), which establishes the procedure for performance certain activities on transport control by customs bodies in cross-points through the state boarder of the Russian Federation. The amendments are made to the Instruction on the procedure for filling up customs cargo declaration and transit declaration 2008-10-01 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the Instruction on the procedure for filling up customs cargo declaration and transit declaration The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1114 of September 10, 2008 (document is in Russian), putting into effect since December 30, 2008, gives the new wording of the List of goods declaring as one at placing under the customs regime of issue for internal consumption given in the annex to the Instruction approved by the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1057 of September 4, 2007 (document is in Russian). The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1157 of September 22, 2008 (document is in Russian), putting into effect since January 1, 2009, makes amendments to the Instruction approved by the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1057 of September 4, 2007, which concern terms and procedure for declaring of goods of one name (trade, commercial name), containing in one consignment and referred to one classification code of the TN VED of Russia. In particular, there are changed the Rules of filling up column 31 "Cargo places and description of goods" and 33 "Code of good".
