The amendments are made to the Federal Act N 77-FZ "On compulsory copy of documents" of December 29, 1994
The Federal Act N 28-FZ of March 26, 2008 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to
the Federal Act N 77-FZ "On compulsory copy of documents"
of December 29, 1994 (document is in Russian), and according
thereto there is established that document is a material carrier
with an information fixed on it in any form as text, phonogram,
image and (or) their combination, which has requisites allowing
to identify it, and being subject for transfer in time and space
in the purposes of public use and storage.
Besides, there
is specified that compulsory copy of documents - is copies of
different kinds of replicated documents being subjects for free
transfer (earlier there is not being specified about free transfer).
There is excluded the notion "compulsory paid copy"
, as well as there are changed the notions "compulsory
copy of RF subject", " compulsory copy of municipal
formation", "receiver of documents", "national
library and information funds of documents of the RF",
"electronic editions".
There is changed the
composition of kinds of documents included to composition of
compulsory copy - in particular, earlier programs for computers
and data bases were referred to electronic editions, and now
they are allocated to separate kinds of documents.
So,
the amendments are concern duties of institutions centrally
receiving compulsory copy and the procedure for control over
delivery of compulsory copy.
