There is approved the Statute on the Federal Agency of cadastre of real estate objects
The Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 312 of
March 4, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves
the Statute on the Federal Agency of cadastre of real estate
objects determining the authorities, specific features of
activity organization of aforesaid federal executive body. There
is established that the Federal Agency of cadastre of real estate
objects shall provide functions on administration with state
property and rendering state services in the field carrying
out of state land cadastre, state cadastre and other record
of real estate objects, in the sphere of state cadastre evaluation
of lands, state monitoring of lands and land-utilization within
established authorities, as well as functions on state land
control over observance of land legislation in the part referred
to use of lands and on control over carrying out of land-utilization.
The Federal Agency of cadastre of real estate objects is under
authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
In particular, in accordance with amendments
made to
the Statute on the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation
, to the competence of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian
Federation, there are referred functions on development and
implementation of state policy and normative-legal regulation
in the sphere of carrying out of state land cadastre, state
cadastre and other record of real estate objects, in the sphere
of state cadastre evaluation of lands and land-utilization within
the boarders of their authorities, state land control over observance
of land legislation in the part referred to use of lands, control
over making land-utilization.
