There is approved the Statute about use of sites within the Internet network where carrying out of open auctions is provided in the electronic form
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 179
of March 17, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves
the Statute establishing the order of use of sites within
the Internet network where carrying out of open auctions is
provided in the electronic form for placing orders on supply
of goods (rendering works, services) for state or municipal
needs, and requirements to technological, software, linguistic,
legal and organizational means of secure use of aforesaid sites,
as well as to systems guarantying carrying out of open
auctions.
The RF Supreme Arbitration Court gives the explanations on certain questions of application of certain provisions of articles 40 and 40_1 of the Federal Act "On privatizations of the state or municipal property" by arbitration courts
In particular, the Court recommends to courts, at consideration
of cases concerning open joint-stock companies created during
the privatization procedure, to take into account that terms
included to
articles 40 and
40_1 of the Act on privatization about increasing of authorized
capital are valid only in the cases when according quantity
of stocks were received to the property of public and institutional
formation during the procedure of creation of an open joint-stock
company on the basis of legislation on privatization.
In
respect of open joint-stock companies included to the list of
strategic ones, there is recommended to be proceeded from that
as
the Act on privatization is not establishes other, so basements
for receiving of according quantity of stocks to the property
of public and institutional formation in the purposes of application
of the provisions included to aforesaid norms of
the Act on privatization have no significance.
