The amendments are made to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
The Federal Act N 13-FZ of 28 February 2008 (document is
in Russian) makes amendments to
the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (document is in
Russian). In particular,
the Code is added with
Chapter 54_1 "Specific features of regulation of labor
of sportsmen and trainers" which regulates the procedure
for conclusion and abrogation of labor contracts with sportsmen,
trainers; establishes the duty preliminary medical inspection
(examination) of sportsmen when labor contract is concluded;
stipulates the cases of temporary transfer of a sportsman to
other employer and sportsman's discharge in participation in
sport competitions; establishes the duty of direction of sportsmen,
trainers to RF sport teams, as well as describes the specific
features of off-hour works of sportsman, trainer and provides
additional guarantees and compensations to sportsmen, trainers.
The amendments are made to certain RF legislative acts in the part of licensing and certification of institutions of professional religious education (clerical educational institutions)
In particular, there is established that institutions of professional
religious education (clerical educational institutions) have
the rights to realize educational programs on the basis of the
licenses in accordance with requirements of federal state educational
standards.
The licenses for the right to perform educational
activity by educational institutions created by religious institutions
(associations) are issued under submissions of such religious
institutions (associations) or according centralized religious
institutions (associations).
The certificate on state certification
issuing to institution of professional religious education (clerical
educational institutions) gives the right on issue to graduates
of documents of state sample about according education level
which shall be attested by stamp of educational institution
not including the image of the RF State Emblem.
State status
of institution of professional religious education (clerical
educational institutions) (type, kind and category of educational
institution determined in accordance with level and directions
of educational programs implementing by them) shall not be ascertained
at its state certification.
The amendments are made to the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets "On approval of the Statute on qualification of foreign financial instruments as securities"
There established the procedure for implantation of information technology for submission of information in electronic form by customs bodies in the purposes of customs clearance of goods
In purposes
of implantation of information technology for submission of
information in electronic form by customs bodies in the purposes
of customs clearance of goods with use of international association
of "Internet" networks,
the Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 52 of January
24, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the composition
of technical documentation necessary for implantation of information
technology of submission of information to customs bodies by
participants of foreign economical activity in electronic form,
terms and sequence of making examinations of informational systems
software for conformance to requirements determined in technical
documentation, as well as terms and sequence of connection of
informational systems to the Computerized system of customs
bodies' internal access. The Order shall come into force since
May 30, 2008.
