A number
of the Federal Acts was adopted on March 4, 2008, which are
directed to forcing of legal bases of rendering mutual legal
aid on criminal cases and regulation of interaction on transfer
of convicts based on international agreements and federal acts
in accordance with
part 2 of article 63 of the RF Constitution (document is
in Russian) and
article 469 of the RF Criminal-procedural Code (document
is in Russian).
The amendments are made to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 109-I "On the procedure for the Bank of Russia to make a decision on state registration of credit institutions and issuance of licenses for performance of banking operations"
in particular, there is established that ruble
equivalent of, minimum size of authorized capital of credit
institution shall be determined in order established by normative
act of the Bank of Russia.
Besides, the amendments concern
the procedure for confirmation of payment of authorized capital
of credit institution, the procedure of issue to credit institution
of the license on attraction of monetary funds of natural persons
in rubles and foreign currency to deposits, principals of extension
of activity of credit institution by means of receiving of licenses
for performance of banking operations.
The Direction shall come into effect upon expiration of
10 days after the day of its official publication in the "
News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" (it is published in
N 11 of March 5, 2008).
